Shanghai Lilan designed the 24,000 BPH customized intelligent packaging line for Guotai Liquor Co., Ltd., integrating multiple automated processes. This line enables Guotai Liquor to achieve a fully automated depalletizer, case packing machine, and palletizer, enhancing the quality and efficiency of the liquor industry.
Simultaneously operating with the paperboard disassembly and stacking equipment are three types of automated equipment for unloading bottle caps, bottles, and boxes, respectively, responsible for the orderly loading of bottle caps, wine bottles, and packaging boxes. The bottle cap unloading equipment efficiently separates and stacks the bottle caps and transports them to the cap screwing station. The bottle unloading equipment precisely transfers the wine bottles to the sorting section. The box unloading equipment arranges the packaging boxes and sends them to the packing area, achieving simultaneous supply of multiple materials and laying the foundation for subsequent processes.
After the wine bottles are output by the bottle unloading equipment, they enter the bottle sorting conveyor line. This equipment can evenly distribute the wine bottles to multiple conveyor channels according to packaging requirements, avoiding congestion or vacancies in the channels and ensuring precise matching with the packing rhythm.
Subsequently, the box assembly and grouping robot arranges the boxes in advance, and the servo coordinate stacking equipment operates at a speed of 80 boxes per minute, using the precise positioning of the servo system to neatly stack the cartons in form, ensuring the stability of the stack and maximizing the space utilization. Finally, the entire stack winding and packaging equipment wraps the cargo stack with a protective layer, preventing the cartons from shifting or getting damaged during transportation, completing the full packaging loop.
The launch of this intelligent packaging line has enabled Guotai Liquor to achieve full-process automation in the packaging, effectively adapting to the 24000 BPH production capacity requirements and providing practical experience for the intelligent upgrade of the liquor industry.
