The full-link edible oil intelligent production line, designed and produced by Shanghai Lilan Packaging Technology Co., Ltd, has formally started up.
By combining glass bottle unloading (depalletizer), filling with edible oil, labeling and capping glass bottles, tray packaging, carton packing, and intelligent palletizing, this project achieves fully automated operation across the production line.
Operators can monitor critical parameters like temperature, pressure, and liquid level in real time thanks to the PLC control system and touch screen HMI. According to various specifications, our filling line's modular design concept enables rapid switching between various packaging container specifications.
