This robot palletizing system can achieve multi-line parallel operation: a high-performance industrial robot is configured in the center of the workstation, and multiple independent production lines are synchronously connected at the front end.

This system is equipped with an intelligent vision system and a scanning system. It can accurately identify the position, angle, size and packaging type of randomly arriving materials on the conveyor line in real time. When switching the model of the production line, only by touching the screen with one click, the robot can instantly switch the working mode and start to stack accurately according to the new logic, compressing the interruption time of the switch to an extremely short period.
