The whole packing and palletizing line designed by Shanghai Lilan for Manner Coffee has been formally accepted and put into production. The whole packing line is customized according to the actual situation of customers, taking into account the production speed, site layout, space size and coffee self-standing bag characteristics. The scheme ensures that each link is well matched to production needs.
The whole rear end line is connected with the front system. The conveying design considers the actual needs of customers to ensure that the bags are transported smoothly and orderly, avoiding offset or stacking.
Deltas robot grabbing and packing machine: through precise mechanical action, the doypack is placed vertically and compactly in the box by the case packing system. This can make full use of the space in the box, and adapt to the customer’s space constraints. This packing method is also more suitable for the actual production site conditions.
Carton Sealing: after carton packer, the sealer automatically seals the carton to ensure the integrity of the package. Weighing and rejecting machine detects product weight, accurately screens and automatically rejects unqualified products to ensure stable and consistent product quality.
Collaborative robot palletizer: The collaborative robot is flexible in operation and can adjust the palletizing position and shape according to the customer’s space to efficiently complete the palletizer work.
The whole packing line adopts double-line cooperative mode. The two packaging lines run synchronously and cooperate with each other to deal with packaging tasks, reducing waiting time and improving overall production efficiency. The two-line layout can adjust the spacing and arrangement according to the customer’s space planning to better meet the actual space use requirements.
