Shanghai Lilan’s fully automatic edible oil production and packaging line for local customers in central Mexico was officially put into operation. The production line fully combines the process characteristics, capacity requirements and site conditions of local edible oil production in Mexico to achieve a high degree of integration and automation of the whole process. The project integrates glass bottle depalletizer, edible oil filling, glass bottle labeling cap, placing partition, carton packaging and intelligent palletizer to realize unmanned operation of the whole production line.

Starting from the glass bottle depalletizer, the whole stack transfer, positioning and transportation of glass bottles are accurately completed through the high-precision gantry arm and conveying system, so as to ensure that each glass bottle can smoothly enter the next process;

In the edible oil filling process, the filling volume can be automatically adjusted according to the glass bottles of different specifications, and the error is controlled within a very small range, which effectively guarantees the measurement accuracy of each 1 bottles of edible oil;

Enter the glass bottle labeling cap link, the cap process to achieve the high temperature sealing and anti-counterfeiting identification of the synchronous completion;

Carton packing system through the intelligent sorting and placing system, automatically complete the partition plate insertion, glass bottle grouping, arrangement and packing, carton forming, sealing and other processes, without manual intervention;

In the intelligent palletizing system, palletizer with Customized gripper completes the layered stacking of cartons, and the stacking method can be flexibly adjusted according to pallet specifications and storage requirements.

The whole process realizes the unmanned operation of the whole process of the whole production line, which completely changes the problems of low efficiency, high error rate and high labor intensity caused by manual operation in traditional edible oil production.
