The material can be separated and sorted efficiently in the semi-finished material sorting area by delta robot sorting system. 6 delta robot unscramblers will sort and place material into cup, through the intelligent system to complete the operation. The system is equipped with artificial intelligence visual recognition, which can automatically grab cups of different sizes and identify straws and accessory packages. It can also adjust the parameters according to the product size to realize fully automatic and flexible production.

Traditional milk tea packaging is manually sorted and assembled, with high labor intensity and pollution risk. Shanghai Lilan’s intelligent production line completely changes these 1 processes. The production line adopts automatic film attachment, cardboard packaging and sealing detection to ensure the integrity of the seal.

Modular design for grouping and case packing allows quick adjustment of specifications and speed. The maximum speed is up to 7200 packs per hour. The weigher at the end can be customized to accurately eliminate unqualified products and ensure stable quality.
